Owner / Secretary
As a second-generation owner of Dean Crowder Construction, Todd Crowder carries forward the integrity, craftsmanship, and faith that built the company’s foundation in 1971. With decades of hands-on experience in excavation and utilities, Todd leads with a balance of technical expertise and genuine care for people — both in the field and the community. His leadership ensures that every Crowder project upholds the same values his father instilled: safety, precision, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Lisa Crowder

Lisa Crowder leads Dean Crowder Construction with the same steady values that have defined the company for over fifty years — faith, family, and hard work. As President and second-generation owner, she guides operations with vision and purpose, ensuring each project reflects the company’s legacy of excellence. Under her leadership, Crowder continues to grow while remaining grounded in its mission: building trust, delivering quality, and serving Northwest Arkansas with pride.

Justin Cummings

With over 26 years at Dean Crowder Construction, Justin is proof that hard work and dedication build lasting success. Starting in the field and working his way up through every level of the company, Justin has become a cornerstone of leadership and field expertise. His commitment to excellence, mentorship, and doing things the right way has helped shape Crowder’s culture and reputation for quality work that stands the test of time.

Cody Keene

Beginning his career in the survey field, Cody developed a strong understanding of plans, grades, and precision early on. That technical foundation — paired with a passion for leadership and problem-solving — drove his advancement into construction management. Now serving as Vice President, Cody combines boots-on-the-ground experience with strategic oversight to ensure every project is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.

Reece Crowder

Estimator/Project Manager 

 

While pursuing his college education, Reece Crowder joined Dean Crowder Construction to learn the business from the ground up. His hands-on experience quickly evolved into a talent for estimating and project management, where he applies both analytical skill and practical understanding. Reece represents the next generation of Crowder leadership — blending tradition with innovation to help carry the company’s legacy forward.

Dawson Crowder

Field Ops/Project Support 

 

Balancing his studies at the University of Arkansas in Business Management, Dawson Crowder joined the company to gain firsthand experience in field operations. His drive to learn the family business and his attention to detail have made him an invaluable part of the Crowder team. Dawson continues to grow into his role by supporting crews, coordinating operations, and helping ensure every project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Jennifer Cruse

Account Manager 

Jennifer Cruse joined Dean Crowder Construction as an Administrative Assistant and quickly became an integral part of the team, stepping into the role of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Coordinator. Her dependability and attention to detail help ensure that every aspect of the company’s day-to-day accounting runs smoothly — keeping projects and people supported from the inside out.

Utilities Coordinator 

With more than 30 years of experience in underground utilities — including over a decade at Dean Crowder Construction — Bill Tate brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to every project. His deep technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills help guide crews efficiently from start to finish. Bill’s commitment to quality workmanship and his ability to anticipate challenges set Crowder apart and ensure that each job is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
